HK S.Z.C ELECTRONICS LIMITED products are marked with the exact manufacturer's name and part number. Please check the item number, brand, and other relevant information carefully before placing an order. S.Z.C will not accept any return or exchange requests due to the customer's reasons.

 

1. Acceptance conditions for returns and exchanges:

1). Please be sure to sign and inspect the goods within one week of receiving the goods.

2). If there is any quality problem, please present the test report from the authorized testing agency or submit the user defect feedback report within 30 days. Overdue will not be accepted. Please be sure to retain the original packaging and labels of all products subject to return or exchange.

3). If the actual quantity received does not match the model, please provide photos of the receipt, photos of the product, and relevant photo proofs. Once it is confirmed that S.Z.C has sent the wrong product, Rixin will arrange a replacement for you in time.

4). If you apply for a return due to product quality problems, you need to provide a detailed performance test report as proof of exchange or return for S.Z.C to negotiate with the supplier.

5). Regarding the VAT invoice issued by the purchase order, you need to send the invoice back to us after confirming the return.

 

2. Conditions that do not accept return or exchange

1). Original packaging and labels are damaged or missing.

2). Products that have been used or tested (except for product quality problems)

3). If the customer has no objection to the product quality within 30 days, Nissin will assume that the product quality fully meets the requirements.

4). Customer's wrong order.

 

3. Return address:

If the return or exchange is confirmed, we will provide you with a specific return or exchange address.

 

4. Customer service processing time:

1). The S.Z.C customer service representative will accept and resolve the return application within 2 days after the customer submits the return application.

2). S.Z.C will refund or replace the item after receiving the returned item.

 

5. Return shipping instructions:

1). S.Z.C will bear the freight caused by wrong quantity, wrong model, and product quality problems.
